One Week Weigh-In
Just weighed in: lost 5.5 pounds this week.
How?
Weight watchers (mostly tracking points!), went to yoga 5 of the 7 days, wrote in this blog thing three times, checked in with Emily a lot.
Why?
Because I told my son that I was gonna. End of report.
Now?
Keep on keepin' on. Whose your loser blogger? :)
What's the photo of the bridge about?
No idea. I just uploaded the first image I could find. But I could make something up about how I am bridging the divide between intention and action.
